Amietta Sauvignon Blanc

2006 Sauvignon Blanc (non-estate)
A French-style Sauvignon Blanc made with aerative juice handling, barrel fermentation, lees stirring and a calming dash of Chardonnay. There are fresh flavours of quince, grapefruit, pineapple and straw which form the foundation of this rich, well balanced wine.
The grapes for this wine were hand-picked from old vines at Ken and Joy Campbell’s Mount Duneed Vineyard, between Geelong and Torquay.
